Events Assistant – Temporary, Part-Time
Nikkei Place Foundation is seeking a temporary part-time Events Assistant between April to June 1st 2018.
Under the direction of the Development Officer of the Nikkei Place Foundation, the Events Assistant is responsible for the management of guest registration, donation and sponsorship solicitation ask support, event-related data entry, silent auction inventory, and other related responsibilities. This position is a key point of contact between event participants, donors, sponsors, and Foundation staff and event committee members in support of the Nikkei Seniors Health Care & Housing Society’s annual charity Golf Tournament on May 25, 2018 at Riverway Golf Course in Burnaby.
Dates: April 2018 to June 1, 2018
Hours & Days of Work: 10:00am - 5:00pm. Monday to Friday, 3-4 days a week; however, hours may vary according to the needs of the event. This position will work non-traditional hours on days leading up to the event and on the day of the event.
Salary: $15.00 / hour
